Observation
Une femme de 91 ans développait une éruption maculopapuleuse prédominant sur le tronc au 13e jour d’un traitement par vérapamil prescrit pour un angor stable. Ses principaux antécédents étaient un adénocarcinome colique localisé traité par chirurgie deux ans plus tôt, et un angor stable évoluant depuis 20 ans. Son traitement habituel comportait en outre un dérivé nitré, du furosémide, de l’ésoméprazole et du lorazépam. Le vérapamil (Isoptine®) avait été introduit en remplacement du diltiazem
Discussion
Les premiers cas de dermatose à IgA linéaire ont été décrits et considérés comme appartenant à une entité distincte de la dermatite herpétiforme à la fin des années 1970. La physiopathologie de cette affection reste à l’heure actuelle encore incomplètement connue [3], [4]. Cliniquement, dans la forme idiopathique de l’adulte, la maladie peut prendre des aspects assez polymorphes à type de bulles et d’érythème de topographie ubiquitaire, auxquels peut s’associer un prurit ; l’atteinte muqueuse
