    Citation Excerpt :

Although also benign, ciliated cysts of the vulva are an uncommon anomaly and remarkably rare in the pediatric population with very few documented cases [1–4]. Ciliated cysts of the vulva are usually found incidentally in women during the 3rd and 4th decade of life and may be associated with pregnancy or exogenous progesterone [3,4]. They typically occur on the labia minora and can grow large enough to distort the external genitalia.
